5 non prospect keepers, 5 prospect/rookie keepers per season. (to qualify for prospect skaters played <164games, goalies <82)
Salaries of keepers go up next season by $3 if salary <$30, by $5 if salary 30 or more
Free agent budget to pick up waivers once weekly @ $100
