Default Considering joining a low maintenance Fantrax league

I feel like I might have enough time to join one low maintenance league. For the provider, it would be on Fantrax to get some experience with it, plus I'm maxed out in Yahoo on my main account and not going to create another.

When I say low maintenance, it could be for various reasons (e.g. move limits, weekly lineups etc), but most importantly it's casual and won't take a lot of time to manage.

    Details to consider:

    - flexible with format (e.g. points, H2H, roto)
    - standard draft (not auction)
    - one year
    - no entry fee.

The other information to note is that depending on the time, I may not be able to make a live draft, but I am willing to auto draft if necessary.

If anyone has an opening at this late stage that would fit the above criteria, please reply to this message with as much information as possible and I'll consider it.

    Thanks in advance.

A few years ago I made something called a "Tiny League".
We had just 4 teams and rattled off a draft in under 10min around the lunch time hour (noon Eastern).

We could maybe set up a 8-team league with a lunchtime draft (12pm Eastern, 6pm your time?)
Let me know if that's something you are up for.
We could even maybe do it the Wednesday Oct 4th when hockey starts, that would be a fun day.

H2H - as many categories under the sun as possible.

That might be an idea. Happy for you to set it up if you want, as I'm not up for organising it. As for the draft, noon Eastern would be 5pm my time, which should work most days. Maybe just one FA add a week to keep it low management - something like that.

The fantrax points leagues are anywhere from $10 - $250 I believe? Set your roster once a week and that's it. Am going to join one as soon as my money is transferred onto my paypal which it SAYS it's not until October 2nd dam.

Thanks but I'm only interested in a free league.

Any more suggestions? It's not a big deal if it doesn't happen and I don't have the time to organise anything myself. However, worth a shot in case something is possible.

what if we did something a little different in the same vein as P7's nhl team wins pool except for just goalies ?

    nhl goalie wins pool

    maybe 5 rounds x 6 GM'S which = 30' ish goalies taken

no work to do aside from drafting

Not a bad idea but I think I'd want some players in there as well. I think I'd be ok with a proper league with a little bit of management, just not too deep or time consuming.

Thanks for the suggestion but I don't play in salary cap leagues.
