Goalie Handcuff Site

My league allows me to play one goalie per week and I've kept Holtby so what I'm looking for is the team that has the perfect match to play when the Caps have a light schedule. Does anyone know of a site I can look at to tell me before my draft who has a schedule that matches up best?

For clarification, if the Caps play two games in weeks 2,7,9 and 10 but the Panthers play three games, non back to back, in those same weeks then I'd take Luongo.

If I'm thinking of this there are way smarter people out there so someone must have thought of it.
