I thought it might be good to have a single thread where we can collect all the notes about who's standing out in training camp and preseason games, which rookies look good and what lines they're on, etc.

Yamamoto is having a good camp for the oilers. Tough forward roster to crack but I could see him being a tough decision after 9 games if he keeps it up.
Set roster weekly in H2H (Mon to Sun) - 16 Teams - start 6F, 3D, and 1G per week - Keep 2

Puljujarvi having a great night. Making the most of his chance on McDavid's line and the PP.
edit: 2 goals, 1 assist. strangely enough Pooly is not getting a lot of pre-season hype as a sleeper this year. He could be a good value grab in one year leagues/partial keeper redrafts.

The Brandon wheat kings have given the Captainch to another player. Does this mean that they know something about Nolan Patrick staying in the NHL that we do not know for sure yet.

Charles Hudon is having a very strong camp in Montreal and looks like he's close to a top-9 role.
He's currently playing with Plekanec and Lekhonen.
BTW, Lekhonen is a good sleeper imo - he could easily end up with Pacioretty and Drouin with his work ethic and Claude Julien's trust.

Pionk is getting a ton of ice time for NY
Consider Sim Hockey because guys who play shutdown minutes, deflect shots and clear creases build championships. Yet in fantasy they litter the unwanted UFA lists.
