High ceiling but might be overhyped at the moment.
Without the McDavid factor it's Mantha easily so that's something to keep in mind.

Remember last year when everyone was gobbling up Eberle because of the McDavid affect? Not everyone works out with superstars just because they are lined up with them.

Ya was thinking of acquiring one of the 2. Mantha would come with a way cheaper price tag but it would force me to drop someone. Most likely drop Hellebuyck since at best he will be splitting games with mason and I would look to redraft a goalie

i like Mantha ...chances of strome staying with macdavid for 4-5 years to make it worth it are very small.

I do like Mantha as well. More because of the Eberle example above.

Abstain.
I think Mantha is the safe long-term producer... but Strome could pan out. There are guys that become perfect third wheels on the right line.
I could see it in Strome.
Here's what I'd say:
If a team needs a few big risks to pan out and be competitive: R.Strome.
If a team believes they just need to not make mistakes, they have good solid players: Mantha.
