Redrafted last night and the goalie rush was real, i like Gibson but is he a band aid, can Schneider bounce back and does Darling get 60-70% of starts, high hopes for this year had a lot of early picks and solid young keepers.

Yes. You are going to be OK with that trio. That looks like a top 5 trio in that set-up.

No superstars but I think you'll be ok with that group. You might have to deal with one of them being a dud whether its underperformance or injury, but chances are one of the three will have a great season to even it out. Not many sure things in the goalie world.

A little bit of boom or bust with that trio - darling could lose the starting gig and Gibson injured whilst Jersey doesn't step forward... Personally without landing one of the big fish it's probably a good trio to take a chance on

As by losing I mean not be able to carry the load as not sure Ward should be a threat to anyone...

The worry is Gibson will be hung out to dry early on due to so many of Anaheim's blueliners being hurt. Schneider should rebound, but I have less faith in Darling than others. I'd say your goalies are around middle of the pack, especially since you go with SV% instead of SV.

I'm happy with middle of the pack seeing how I never kept a goalie, 10/12 teams kept at least 1. Thanks guys

The thing with goalies it's so hit or miss year over year. The only have complete confidence in Price and Holby TBH after that there are question marks some a lot smaller then others (Talbot,Murray) to all the remaining goalies. With three starters your playing the numbers game and should be OK. There is no way Schiender will play worse then last year even though there team hasn't improved much.

Could be better, could be worse, could turn out to work really really well if everything goes the right way.

My only concern for you is Wins. Carolina is maybe a bubble team and NJ is definitely out of the picture already. If Gibson/Anaheim stumbles or he gets injured you could have a lot of trouble stringing together Wins.

But the caveat here is that is only one category so it might not matter.

Honestly, statistically, your top two wouldn't qualify as "OK"...
But as a group of 3, compared to another group of three, I'd say yes, its "OK".

In a 12-team league, you can separate goalies quantitatively into groups.
1-12 is the G1 for each team, with the 6/7 goalies being "average" G1 picks.
13-24 is the G2 for each team, with the 18/19 goalies being "average" G2 picks.

So... if you roster the 6th & 19th or 7th & 18th goalies as your two goalies... that's "OK".
On my list, I have Gibson around 8-12, Schneider around 18-20, Darling at 21-23.
So, the top two are less than OK.
But your third, would come in on the end of the G2 spectrum, so that plays well when doing a group of three analysis.
If you are evaluating a group of 3 goalies... well, in daily starts (if it IS?) with the Anaheim goalie, you will avoid conflicts.

So, for that consideration, yes, probably - these guys are "OK".

ps. Brevity is not my strong suit... I guess I could've just said "Yeah, they're OK" - but sometimes it takes me a lot of discussion to reach a simple answer.

    Quick Summary:
    mmhmm. OK. (thumbs up emoji)
