..general question, never played max games before.

im trying keep things close to 0 but its friggen near impossible.looking around guys are WAAAY over as projected..is this normal?

Some people just run out their games early, some do it and then make trades to concentrate talent for the last few games, and some just have no idea what they're doing in ROTO.

If you're way over in games, the easiest way to look at it is don't play your 5th best C if you have 4 decent ones to fill your slots (unless injuries crop up).

That being said, some people do build up their games, then trade three centres like Bergeron, Getzlaf and Johansen for McDavid, and just fill the rest of their games with McDavid. There's a lot of strategy that you can put in if you really look into it.

There is something to that as well.
In the one PRO league I have been sitting back in 8th for the last month or so, after climbing up from 11th. Looking at games played though, there's some ground I'm going to make up just by filling in my games, as I have one of the lowest GP totals in the league. Makes it tougher to focus on a team in 8th for sure.
