2019 WHL GM of the Year #Supersoft
Yes but at the same time I keep my mind open and am open to feedback by other people I respect their opinion on hockey. Once a draft is starting I go strictly by the best player available according to the list I have made but like my psych teacher once told me "Psychologists need Psychologists ...... ". I'm not going to pretend like I know it all, I know there are holes in my hockey knowledge but always willing to get opinions and insight from others I deem as my "superiors". rataylor for example brings up some great points and I accept what he says because I know he is one of the top 5 more knowledgeable posters on this site.
I live and die by my lists that I make but am no means bound by my own personal opinion on players at all times.

Eichel hype is off the charts. I'm going to take a chance on the collective wisdom of this forum and take him if I get a top pick, just to watch the show.
Goalies: If I'm pickin em you best be sittin em!
FWIW, It's not that I believe Eichel can't challenge McDavid, I just didn't agree with the wording that he's the only player that can challenge him.
In addition to the Crosby angle, Kucherov played the whole year without Stamkos. That maybe benefitted him, maybe didn't. Benn-Seguin-Redulov could be hot fire. I think Seguin has the talent to lead the NHL in scoring one year.
ok. Let's say Eichel does get to 92. Who helps him get there (so I can put my hands on him!)... Kane at 41? That seems like a wide margin, no?
First off I don't need to explain Jack's skill set it's pretty self explanatory, just watch him play. Watched bits and pieces of Buffalo's game last night and he looked incredible.
Okposo if healthy can score 60-65 pts and Kane can get 30-35 goals, Reinhart is also there bound to break out soon so it's no stretch to the imagination that he hits 90.
Here is an example of Pavel Bure scoring 92 pts and the rest of the team was very mediocre. Not saying Eichel is as good or better than Eichel but both are top players in the league at their respective times. You don't necessarily need a 70-80 pt guy to compliment a superstar to get 90 pts.

I think Housley is going to spread the wealth and I wouldn't be surprised that Reinhart gets 3rd line minutes. He has learn his craft with O'Reilly last year, he's ready for full-time NHL center duties now.
Sleeper: Pominville. He's a great two-way winger and would be a great fit on that top line.

GM Jack Eichel is having a mighty fine season thus far. Just hope he stays healthy and can stay consistent.
