Seems pretty reasonable to me. Went through some rough patches last year and still got 33 wins and improved his game a lot near the end of the season after he started to work with Broduer. 35 wins is about what I have him at as well.
W=2,P=1, SO=3
Is 35 wins 5 so lofty for Allen?

i would bed on 30 and hope for 35...SO are crap shoot...
Very team-dependent. They looked good under Yeo, but I think he'll finish just under 35 wins and probably have fewer shutouts given Yeo's style. Put be down for 33 W, 4SO.
