I would say that your d is strong but Karlsson as you know is out for about a month or around 15 games. I would also say for a 12 team league you are not strong on the forwards at all, I'd actually say probably on the lower end of your league say 10th best. I would definitely consider trading to try and get a high end forward or two.

I'm a little more optimistic given your D and the size of the league. Probably top half - higher if some of your F risks pan out and Karlsson comes back sooner than some are saying. And if you get the late 2016 version of Dubnyk for all season, then it could be magic.
