Allen. I expect big things from him last year. Hank should declines even further.

    GET WELL SOON, DOBBER.

With your cats, I'll go with Allen. FWIW, I think Lundy will have comparable numbers except for the minutes played and possibly wins categories.

W- Forsberg, Batherson, Nichuskin, Tuch, Konecny, Maccelli, Sharangovich, Bertuzzi, Kaliyev, Neighbours, Reichel
    D- Carlson, Rielly, Klingberg
    G- Hellebuyck, Demko, Merzlikins, Vejmelka

    Minors:

Don't sleep on Hank - his back-up is terrible, there will be no Olympics to drain him, and the Rangers play among the fewest back-to-back games this season. I think this is close, and I might even go with Lundqvist because so many people think he's past prime and this his cost will shrink.

    Lundqvist for me.
NYR is still a very solid team, their 1-6 defense is going to be very good and their rising kids (esp. Hayes @ C2, and Zucc & Kreider - even as wingers) are excellent two-way players.

The forward group for STL is not a keen defensive team.
Lehtera may have been overpaid, but at least he safe-guarded the defensive awareness of his line.
Even Brayden Schenn, is not a solid all-around two-way player.
AP & Parayko are fantastic defenders, but the quality drops off after that and J.Bo is about to be a pylon.

I think NYR is way stronger than people think.
I think STL is way weaker than people think.

Lundqvist had a one-off season as he learned to play behind some new D (Skjei, B.Smith in, now Shatty... Yandle/D.Boyle - vets out).
It takes a goalie many games to adjust to new defenders, but he'll eventually get back to being a .920sv% goalie.

    38w Lundqvist
    34w Allen
