First round pick, league in sig,

Hi, I won last year so I pick last every round. No pick in round 2 and 3.
Team in sig.
How do you rank these players?
Do I go for a D since I the only one I'll keep after this year is Leddy?

F : Guentzel, Hishier, Patricj, Keller, Boeser, Point, Dvorak, Bjorkstrand, Fabbri, Jost, Domi, Atkinson, Arvidsson, Rakell,
D : Theodore, Skjei, Montour, Mcavoy, Stecher, Josi, Jones, Gardiner, Carlson

I have roughly 30 M in cap space, I need minimum 3 F, 3 D, 1 G and 4 extra players any position, usually I pick 2 extra F, 1 D and 1 G.

I'm not worried with my G since only 4 of us need one and Holtby, Price, Talbot, Bobrovsky, Dubnyk are available.

I don't understand how you could not take one of the goalies. Even if only 3 other GMs need a goalie, they can still draft a second goalie, right? So instead of having someone like Price or Holtby, you might get Dubnyk at best. That's a huge drop-off compared to the skaters you mentioned since there are plenty of good ones available.

From the skaters you mentioned, I'd rank the top options as: Josi, Keller, Carlson, Arvidsson, Rakell

Truth be told, I don't really understand your contract system, so it's entirely possible I'm missing something here.

They indeed can draft a second goalie but it's kind of a waste of cap space since only one will count. Holtby, price will do maybe 10-20 pts more than say Dubnyk but for 2 M more, I think they are comparable. The contract system is that after the draft every year we can give 2 x 4 years 1x 3 ans 1x 2, the players with 4 years for exemple will be in my pool for 4 years unless traded. In addition, at the end of each year, we can keep 2 from the players without contract to keep for next year and give them a contract from the 4 we have.
