He played 1 preseason game for them, had zero shots and went 2/9 on faceoffs. They're probably just trying to get him used to north american style play, etc, in practice instead of shattering his confidence during actual game action and making MacPhee look dumb for signing a 30 yr old for 2yr 9mil with no nhl experience.

Point has been practising with Kucherov and Stamkos. If he sticks on that line 60+ points is very realistic.

It can be argued that all those guys in that post are disappointments.. even Guentzel, who has been decent but by no means dominant like he was in the second half of last season and the playoffs.

Its not just the Stromes on his list that struggled. Pretty much everyone he thought was going to bust out has struggled this season.
