Inherited another last place team

Draft pick trading, etc, but my team has all its picks, but I get 1st overall. Yahoo league.

Forwards/Defensemen Stat Categories:	Goals (G), Assists (A), Plus/Minus (+/-), Penalty Minutes (PIM), Powerplay Points (PPP), Faceoffs Won (FW), Hits (HIT), Blocks (BLK)
Goaltenders Stat Categories:	Wins (W), Goals Against Average (GAA), Save Percentage (SV%), Shutouts (SHO)

Options include: Pavelski, Barkov, Couture, Atkinson, Skinner, Spezza, Turris, Johansson, Wennberg, Nash, hossa, Jokinen, Gaborik, Moulson, Sceviour, B Richardson, Streit, Gostisbere, Faulk, Yandle, Manning

Goalies: Holtby, Quick, neuvirth

My gut tells me to keep Holtby/Quick both. 4 of 13 goalie categories. That and I am not terribly enamoured with the teams skaters. Pavelski seems a given. For the other two?Am I brain dead thinking Wennberg, Atkinson and Turris are the best options to choose from?Am I also brain dead thinking Borowecki is legit in this format? I have not been in a league with this many grinder categories and this few point based cats before.

Part of me thinks Pavelski, Atkinson, Turris, Holtby and Quick is the way to go. Possibly prioritize drafting dual eligible wingers who snag FOW?

i dont know if i trust Quick enough but to me you keep Barkov, Pavelski Gost, Holtby...and then either Quick or Faulk

Any particular reason you guys like Barkov?

Keep in mind with these categories, a lady bing winner is a hindrance unless he is scoring like McDavid.

G, A and PPP(low for a top PP player) and Decent faceoff wins, but useless in PIM's, low on hits and Blocks with a history of injury EVERY SINGLE SEASON.

Barkov, Pavelski, Ghost, Holtby and Faulk. On a personal level, I think Quick is a highly overrated goalie. On a fantasy level, LA is an awful team that looks like it is only going to get more awful next year and probably some years after that. Not only that, but an awful team that will have trouble scoring. So I do not think he is worth keeping with the skater options you have.

Barkov is Florida's top center and one of like five real offensive threats at forward they have. He's had slight injury problems the last couple years and Huberdeau was injured most of last season, who would normally be glued to his hip. Both of these hurt his production, which is actually pretty respectable despite these hurdles. In a healthy season (for him and Huberdeau), he should put up pretty considerable numbers. He's not a PIM or multi-cat threat, however if player's production is good enough then that is something that can be looked past. Additionally, it's not as though your alternative options are that much better. There is not a lot of forwards you have that can put up respectable offensive totals and considerable PIM or Hits/Blocks. At least with Barkov, since he's Florida's top center and getting more mature, he should get you FOW. Don't see why trading off PIM for FOW is a bad thing in this league.
