    Default E. Kane for Huberdeau

For the league in my sig.

    I trade: E. Kane, Debrincat
I receive: Huberdeau, Meier/Vrana (I could pick one)

Huberdeau is obviously the best talent, but Kane's ability to put up huge shot totals, hits, PIM's and goals makes me question ever moving him.

Debrincat is a wildcard and i don't know how to read him. Record breaking OHL numbers, but i'm reading it might not translate to the NHL level with skating being an issue.

I think I prefer Meier to Vrana due to Meier's multi-category ability to produce.

I could also try to talk the other owner out of Debrincat and throw in Compher instead.

    Thoughts?
    - 12 team, 40 keeper dynasty league
    - Scoring categories for skaters: G, A, PIM, HIT, BLK, STP, FOW, SOG, +/-, DEF, ATOI
    - Scoring categories for goalies: W, SV, SV%, SO, GAA
    - Start 12F, 6D, 3UTIL, 3 min goalie starts a week
    - Starters in bold

Forwards: MacKinnon, Tarasenko, Tavares, Panarin, Johansen, Ehlers, E. Kane, Lee, Huberdeau, Horvat, Kessel, Pastrnak, Keller, Pacioretty, Meier, Fabbri, Sikura, Zacha, Burakovsky, Spooner, Jost, Roussel, Kaprizov, Cirelli, Berglund,

Defense: Pietrangelo, Parayko, Dumba, Faulk, Provorov, Muzzin, McAvoy, Carlson, Nurse, Del Zotto, Borowiecki, Russell

Goalies: Jones, Vasilevskiy, Raanta, Keumper, Remier, Demko

I own Kane, but I'd move him.

When's the last time he played more than 70 games? 70,65,37,63- the last 4 years of GP.

His career high is 57 points, and that was 6 years ago. Agreed that big on Hits and Goals, but my goodness - is he the most overrated name in Hockey?

I was able to pull off a different offer..

    I traded: Barrie, Debrincat, Brassard
    I received: Huberdeau, Meier

I wasn't going to start Brassard and I value Huberdeau>Barrie (I have a lot of defenseman and I think Hubs can be a 65 point guy) and Meier>Debrincat. I like Meier's ability to produce with hits and points.

I don't know what you guys think, but I liked the deal for myself. I love rolling into the season with E. Kane, Ehlers, Huberdeau and Galchenyuk as my LW's.

I like Meier too. Especially since your league counts PIM. Meier could be a beast in leagues like this.

But Huberdeau>Barrie could be more equal than you think.

Brassard is a dime a dozen player so who cares about him

I think you lose the Huberdeau>Barrie side but gain on the Meier>Debrincat side.
