I'm looking for a certain one. I hear it at the occasional hockey games but always hear it at baseball games.

and over and over, it doesn't exactly sound like the word CLAP, but i think they're banging two sticks together or something like "CH, CH, CH A CH A CH EEEK, CH, CH, CH A CH A CH EEEK! and people start clapping along to the song. What is it?

No. This one had no lyrics, was just like acoustic/guitar or something. I hear it all the time during baseball games and the occasional hockey game. This is going to bug me until i find it.

Look it up, it's exactly what you need.
The gist of it is that it listens to a 15 second clip of a song, searches a massive database, and gives you the song title & artist.
