It's between Rasmussen and Thompson for me... I would probably give the edge to Rasmussen as he is more likely to play Centre and accumulate FOW, is bigger, and also some scouts believe he projects very well at the NHL level.
Who is the top player of these 4 in a multi cat league. Also Suzuki is available. Not sure how this years players compare to last. Thoughts?

Long term, I go Suzuki, for sure.
After that, Rasmussen, as he may end up a top centre in DET someday.
I think Kostin is a good sleeper here.

(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
Could you be more specific when you say "multi-cat". Exactly what are the categories and is it a H2H format or roto? Is it for the league in your signature? Don't be afraid to offer as much information as possible.

Suzuki > Rasmussen > Thompson > Kostin > Jones
With teenagers, I want the highly-talented players first even when they don't offer as much in peripheral stats. Good peripheral stat guys are usually available later in drafts and a few years after they've been drafted.
Multi-Cat = Jones, Kostin, Thompson, Rasmussen
If FOW aren't counted and points aren't a massive factor I would go Jones. Kid will put up good HIT and PIMS along with Shots, and may be put in a position to score.
If FOW ARE counted in the above statement I would go Tage T as he seems to be a beast with a higher ceiling than most on the list
If points and FOW are more important than the HIT, Blk, and SOG categories I would go Suzuki.
If FOW aren't counted and points and SOG's are more important than HIT & Blk I would go Kostin
Rasmussen is ok, but all these guys are better
