Mind you, I only got 0.7pts from Rodgers... but my team still stunk up the joint.

Hey y’all just a heads up. On Thursday when I was a little drunk I went on to drop Westbrook for Godwin. Went on this morning to finalize my lineup and saw that I clicked Prosise instead of Westbrook. Also decided I’m playing Godwin for the Hail Mary, so I also dropped Westbrook. Hopefully this appeases all parties/the mistake.

Teams 2-9 all very much in a big battle for playoff spots.
And a huge battle at 10-14 trying to avoid the bottom two relegation spots.

That was a painful loss for me (HHH), losing by two points, especially with Gordon doing nothing. That was the difference between being in the thick of the playoff spot battle but instead I'm closer to the relegation zone. Hopefully can bounce back next week.

WINNER-GETS-IN MATCH-UP: #4 TD's N Beer! (Axeman) vs. #5 Can You Diggs It?! (Bomm Bastic). With both teams at 7-5... the loser here is likely missing top 6 playoffs.
WINNER-GETS-IN MATCH-UP: #3 Coverdale Colts (Porter) vs. #8 Graham Quackers (Pengwin7). Both teams at 7-5... Quackers must win to get in with a dismal points-for. Colts can lose and get in with help.
#7 Zorro's Snappers (Zorro) vs. #14 PP QB (Loch). It's relegation for long-time member Loch, unless he can pull the upset and get some major help.
#2 Frisky Hobbit (The Comish) vs. #13 Password Taco (NikW71). Our replacement GM, Nik, is also relegated unless he can pull the upset. Comish determines his own fate - a win is a a big Playoff Quarters BYE.
#12 Hillls Have Hydes (horrorfan) vs. #10 Bettman Fumbles (IFaP). horrorfan can avoid relegation with a win... or a loss + help.
#6 Fighting Newfies (newfcollins) vs. #1 Good Squad (skybleacher). Congrats to skybleacher on great season! Deserving of #1 slot. Newf has had incredible 2nd half, but may need a win to get in.

Nice end-of-season run by Gronkin in the Night (11). rataylor missed draft but has some keen fantasy football knowledge and has rallied his team with three straight wins on some very solid waiver adds.
Frisky Hobbit is a lock for playoffs, even though not asteriked. With two scheduled 7-5 team match-ups, he's in even with a loss at 8-5.

Definitely the most this league has had "on the line" in a final week of regular season play!

As for my team... reeling... 3 straight losses to fall from 7-2 to 7-5.
That's alright, for the first time ALL YEAR, I may actually have two solid RBs in the line-up (Collins-BAL, Burkhead-NE).
Made my first line-up mistake of season, went with Booker over Burkhead... and point differential there cost a win. Ah well - no difference as I would have to win week #13 to get in either way.
Life after OBJ/Rodgers has not been kind to me!

I've got to replace THREE key positions in Week 13 with just THREE moves:
QB1 (I suppose I could roll Fitzpatrick-TB @GB... but it might be cold)
WR3 (I think it's time to shut Amari Pooper down.)
DEF (Playing ARI vs. LAR doesn't seem too smart...)

I am sailing so much lately, I dont have the internet access to make the important adds that I want to do. I am swinging by the seat of my pants week after week. It doesn't help that some of my key guys have underperformed the past few weeks. I am still pulling off some wins, but I am scratching though.

Man oh man oh man oh man. I love this league so much haha. It's the only one I play in that's not for money and it's hand's down the one I care about the most.

I knew these last 2 weeks were essentially "win and your in" as was playing Taco and PPQB the last two weeks. I can't honestly remember a more stressful 2 weeks of FF just to finish in 12th to 10th place. I'd like to thank Alvin Kamara, for sustaining his current unsustainable outlier pace long enough to see me through, and also whoever dropped Alvin Kamara, for saving my season. Also Gronk for being the lovable loogan that he is.

My team has spent the past month imploding.

About 5 weeks ago I was contemplating dealing one of my top 5 QBs (Watson or Prescott) in the league for some help at RB after my bye weeks (8&9)...
Now:
Watson is done,
Prescott has been single digit hot garbage for two weeks since Zeke and the LT went out,
Jordy Nelson has been turned into a 3 point receiver by Rodgers injury...

So no trade for RB help, Jordan Howard is getting worse... Kenyan Drake has been a decent pick-up but when your team is being lead by an RB2 you are seven flavours of FUBAR

You find it fantastic because you won. I didn't find it as fantastic.

I thought I had it until Sunday night when Brown went off for 1,000 fantasy points. The big difference was my choice in defence. I started KC against Buffalo, and it got me three fantasy points. On my bench was Los Angeles Chargers, who scored 19 fantasy points.

I didn't think I had a chance Monday night. So it was fun to see my point total slowly creep up.

I was able to finally get some WW pickups in this week. My TEs have been killing me all season so hopefully I just caught lightning in a bottle with Ricky Seals-Jones. He can't be any worse than what Martellus Bennett and Jason Whitten have been this year.
