Since you're basically asking who's going to get the most wins, not who will be the best goalie, that devalues guys like Price, who the Habs have already said will be playing around 60 games, and will probably never approach 65 ever again.
1. Holtby
2. Talbot
3. Allen
4. F Anderssen
5.Bishop
6. Jones
7.Price
8.Quick
9.Rask
10.Crawford
11. Bobrovsky
12. Lundqvist
13.Vasilevskiy
14. Darling
15. Murray
16. Dubnyk
This basically boils down to which teams do you think will well next year. I expect major regression from Minnesota, and considering how good the Metro is, probably Columbus as well (plus factoring in the injury concerns with Bob). I think Allen reaches 40 wins this season, and Anderssen should be better than last year, assuming he doesn't get off to such a bad start like last season. Murray still hasn't played a full season, so I'm tempering regular season expectations for him. Vasilevskiy will be great, but I can't see the Bolts giving him such a huge workload in his first season as a starter - I think they trust Budaj to step in for a decent amount of games. Darling could be the next Talbot, but Talbot himself didn't start a huge number of games in his first season as a starter, only in his second season.
GET WELL SOON, DOBBER.

My bias for Price is not a secret but just saying, last year 62 starts, 37 wins, seems reasonable to expect that again. There will not be 5 guys with more then 37 wins next year, or at least that's very unlikely. I expect his shutout #'s to rise back to his normal pace again too.
There's a lot of wiggle room with this list since so much of it is team based, but any goalie list with Price out of the top 5...i'm sorry gang I just cant live with that.
Drouin and Alzner additions replace them nicely tho. Who knows yet if they are a better or worse for it.

good points. am going to have to do a lot of research more into this. Goalies seem to play a bigger part in my $250 league compared to my $50 1 year league as we only have 15~ managers, 13 forwards (top 11), 3 defence (top 2), 2 goalies (top 1). The $250 league is the one I want to win badly, lots of great hockey minds in this pool and thought it was a big achievement to come 3rd/16 last season.
Spent the last couple hours researching about teams and goalies and line combos. I made some projections for teams next season and made projections for each starting goalie for wins/sv%/shut-outs. By using our point system (win = 2 pts, OTL = 1 pt, SO = 1 pt) these are the top 31 point getters - note I didn't project any OTL because how the heck can anyone predict those? lol. So in reality these numbers should be higher since each goalie should have some OTL points but here is my rankings so far.
- Braden Holtby 89 pts
- Cam Talbot 85 pts
- Devan Dubnyk 79 pts
- Sergei Bobrovsky 77 pts
- Martin Jones 77 pts
- Tuuka Rask 76 pts
- Ben Bishop 74 pts

Holtby - still elite goalie on a great team
Price - goalie coach quoted as lowering Price's starts to under 65. Could change depending where they are in standings
Andersen - loads of starts. McElhinney not trust worthy. Health is a concern though.
Talbot - same as above minus the health. Insert Brossoit for McElhinney.
Murray - freak injuries last year but should hold up this year. Niemi may steal some starts as Murray has never played 50 games in a season (AHL or NHL)
Bobrovsky - slight fall due to no win streak over 10 games this year. Health obviously an issue
Jones - workhorse goalie on a still solid team
Dubnyk - same as above. Boudreau's teams are always President trophy contenders
Quick - workhorse and unstable backup situation. Health issues as well
Crawford - always seams to miss a few weeks mid season. Not a West leading team this year
Rask- work horse but a team success will stagnate win totals
