Ethan Bear for Vatrano?
Manager has been hounding me for Bear and I told him that at the least I'd want Vatrano back if I'm giving him up. He offered me a straight one for one deal but I don't know Vatrano's value to Bear.
Offensive dmen are valuable in our league since every goal they score nets them 50pts where a forward just gets 25pts.
Granted Bear is a bit out for a few and Vatrano is ready now. I have a very good chance of winning this year but I also don't want to give up my future.
Should I squeeze for more, or is this deal decent straight up?

If you have a good chance of winning this year, and Vatrano could increase your chances, then yes - I'd do this too.

I like Bear but Vatrano is a much better bet to be a productive NHLer. Take the deal.

Vatrano, as a 23 year-old had 18 points in 44 games - I doubt that he would put you over the top. If offensive-type D-men are valued in your league, why not use Bear and another piece to upgrade from Troy Stecher?
