on the ice I take Josi hands down, now fantasy wise I'm not so sure which I'd prefer Subban or Josi, in a all stats league (no ATOI) which would you prefer?, feel free to look at SIG for my league stats to have a better idea on the points format.

I'm a josi fan! He owns the teams trust so he gets all the prime minutes (pp1 with nashville's top players/when the nets empty at the end of a game,etc). He's a stud in all fantasy formats.

I'd take Josi here. He's been very consistent and been the healthier of the two. Don't think theres a big difference though.

Yeah, I think this team is Josi's. Subban is great, but I think Josi will outperform him most years going forward.

Subban for me.
On the ice though, Josi is very obviously their fourth best option on defense.

Subban was a beast in the playoffs and Nashville's best D-man IMO. Josi wasn't all that good in the playoffs - maybe Nashville's 4th best D-man as rataylor said. Will that trend continue into next season? I don't know. But that's the latest hockey we've seen, so right now I'd say that Subban is Nashville's best D-man.
I really hope they start giving Subban more PP minutes over Josi because their PP really struggled when Josi was on the ice whereas Subban was always creating something out there.

Josi - he and Ellis have magic together and it helped Josi end the season with something like 27 points in his final 30 games.

I think that was meant as tongue cheek. Josi had 14 points in 22 play off games last year. Subban had only 12. Same amount of ice time and PP time. Not sure how Subban was so obviously the better player. I agree during one or two game Subban was a beast, but overall I thought Josi was the better player. Slightly.Originally Posted by LuigiC173
