I don't think Gaudreau is a keeper for you - especially not in your format. Wheeler is better than Gaudreau.
Honestly, I still prefer to gain something over nothing. If you can flip Gaudreau for someone, take the deal. Otherwise, I'd still take the original offer of a 5th and 7th. The probably that you get Wheeler back in the re-draft is low enough, I'd prefer the picks.
