    Default Forward Rankin

How would you rank these forwards for a points only dynasty format, with emphasis on pts this yr and highest ceiling. Do any take a jump this year, and who will be the best to own for years to come. How many of the bottom seven make it this year and provide the best offence? Thanks!

    Faksa, Radek
    Shore, Devin
    Granlund, Markus
    Jarnkrok, Calle
    Hartman, Ryan
    Anderson, Josh
    Lowry, Adam
    Vatrano, Frank

    Weal, Jordan
    Hudon, Charles
    Haapala, Henrik
    Vecchione, Mike
    Iacopelli, Matt
    Iafallo, Alex
    Gambardella, Joseph

Radek Faksa, Calle Jarnkrok, Frank Vatrano, Jordan Weal, Henrik Haapala, Josh Anderson are the names that jump out at me. Hard to really choose one from the list but if I was really gambling I would go with Haapala who some think he will be slotted in a top 6 role right away and put up some decent numbers in europe

What's your take on Faksa? Will he see top six?

most likely no. Depends if they move him to wing but the projected line up so far is

    Benn - Seguin - Radulov
    Roussel - Spezza - Ritchie
    Janmark - Hanzal - Pitlick
    McKenzie - Faksa - Flynn

here is my projection for him which will be listed in my top 300 forwards for 2017/18 season

    Radek Faksa (DAL) GP:82 G:14 A:22 PTS:36 FLOOR-CEILING = 25/40

    Stuntman,

You don't think Dallas would be more apt to pair up their top 4 F? Also, would hanzal move up to line 2, faksa to line 3?

I could see it shaking down more like:
    Roussel seguin radulov
    Benn hanzal spezza
    Janmark faksa Ritchie

Thanks for mentioning Axe, wondered if this ommission was intentional or not. He had a decent season with limited minutes last year I thought. Maybe he gets pushed up into more minutes this year?

Spezza played on the wing just as much, if not more, than he played at center last year. Shore played a fair amount of time at center. He is definitely on that team next season. It won't surprise me to see Shore centering the 3rd line and Hanzal centering the 2nd line next season. Spezza will be on a wing on one of the top two lines. Expect Richie to move down to the 3rd line. I am not sure who from stuntmans roster gets bumped. If I had to guess, I'd say MacKenzie but a lot will depend on how it plays out in camp.
