Another vote for Trouba (seemingly has arrived, but still has future upside) and Provorov (decent already, but easily the highest upside of the group)

I am in a league with a similar salary cap at 225$. Are yours an auction league? If so, I bet most veterans 40+pts d-men must go for 30+$. I personally like to spend my money on sure shot 1st PP players. 6$ may be 6X the price of the others, but it's still 2.6% of your total cap space. Very cheap.
I think if I'm competing this year, I would be keeping Jones out these guys. Then for my other choice, I would swing for the fences with a high ceiling guy like Provorov.
Trouba is also a very defendable choice, especially if you're needing a bit more PIMs and +-, but so far he's played only one 66+ GP season. Provorov's trade value is also very interesting.
I'd keep Jones and Provorov.

Thanks for the feedback everyone...my only concern with Provorov is that he has to leapfrog Ghost to get more PP time. I'm not sure he can truly breakout until that happens

Most 40+ dmen outside of the top 5 usually go for about $15-20...and yes it is an auction league
