I'm pretty much on board with jdreed except I'd have oel in the 52-55 range.

I think without looking at the $$$ guys, I'd go with gardiner or mcavoy followed closely by trouba. If it's salary mcavoy maybe the best value per dollar.

As far as I know McAvoy is pretty much set for top-4 minutes with PP time. He's cheap and has big-time upside... seems low-risk high-reward to me.
