My biggest takeaway is that MCM isn't the lead back quite yet.

That was a big question I had.... and that is what I was thinking would be the case... but Carolina media has hyped him up so much I was beginning to think MAYBE.... just MAYBE!

He will likely get forced into lead back role too early because Stewart will get injured and miss a handful of games.

It's still pre-season, and game 1 mind you. Like it pretty much just confirmed they aren't handing it to MCM. He'll get it eventually.

Watson apparently looked good. Kelvin Benjy had a sick 23yrd TD catch where he out "talled" the CB for the ball.

Sweet, I just got a NexBox, I am hoping to get it figured out so I can start watching pre-season football!

I heard Benjamins catch made him look like he should be an NFL receiver. haha

D'Onta Foreman also made me take notice a bit.

Not that I think Miller is in danger of losing his job anytime soon. But I also don't think he's fully entrenched for multiple years going forward. So I've slowly become more inclined towards taking a patient stash and see approach on Foreman. Last night nudged me a little further along in that line of thinking.

I am getting sent into the city for a meeting... if any of the other admin in the league want to update the draft picks that would be great.

If not I will get them updated either tonight or tomorrow morning.

I will be able to make my picks via phone, but probably won't be able to update the picks in the first post.

In the two 12 team ppr leagues I've done so far, Miller has been taken mid-end 3rd round. Last season left a sour taste in everyone's mouth (he was being taken in the late 1st/early 2nd)

Truth be told, I'd fully planned on taking him at 2.02 if he was there. But when it came time, I just couldn't pass up A.J. at that spot.

I think I will just pick his team throughout rather than try chasing someone down.

AJ Green had monster numbers before he got hurt last yr, would be very fun to watch him and the new run game with a full yr of Eifert too.
