most leagues posted have minors system ; especially if its a keeper or dynasty so you might grow moss waiting

Thanks Butch. Don't have the time for a dynasty or full keeper to know much about prospects.
Hence the partial keeper without farm system is ideal. I'll keep checking the boards.
