Best player for his team

I need to choose one player and I don't care about the position since i'm rebuilding and need depth everywhere. My only criteria is to get the best player mid to long term.

It's a PTS only league

In a long rebuild, I like Nylander too.
Though I would keep your eye on Tomas Hertl - as SJ has top six spots/PP1 available with Thornton/Marleau likely moving on.
I think Hertl is redraftable though in many partial keepers.
