Now that the draft is over, do you have any players you like more/less based on where they landed?

I really like where Tippett landed, seems like the perfect spot for him.

Pettersson in VAN is a nice combo too

Tolvanen falling in the draft means he falls in my rankings as well. I will let someone else gamble on him unless he falls in my fantasy drafts as well.

Robert Thomas, Norris and Chytil all came up in my rankings.

I have Nico 1st followed by Nolan. After that I really have no idea.

I do like Makar in Colorado but hate drafting a D so high. Glass might be the 3rd taken in prospect drafts?

Pettersson should be up there too. Who else though? I pick 12 in my pool and have no idea who will be there

How do you guys feel about Vilardi in LA? Have a #5 pick that I'm still tempted to use on him.

I don't know enough about Vilardi for this to mean anything, but Vilardi at 11th overall to the Kings made me think of Kopitar 10th overall to the Kings way back... This said, I don't think I'd use a 5th overall on Vilardi though. I'd rather be looking at whoever is left out of Makar, Middelstadt or Glass, but that' just my personnal preference. Vilardi "falling" a bit in the draft will also likely hurt his perceived value if you wanted to use whoever you drafted in a trade later on. If you really want Vilardi, maybe trade down about 2 spots; maybe you can still get your guy and some extra assets...

I think Tippett and Glass' stock went up - really like where they landed.

I actually think Middlestadt and Vilardi went down. I would have chosen better teams than Buffalo and LA respectively.

I agree with Tippett and Glass going up. Tippett landed in a great spot, on a team who needs someone to put the puck in the net. I would have him in my 4-6 spot.

Makar has loads of potential, but drafting a smaller D that high is risky (Ryan Murphy??)

My List would be like this so far...

    1. Hischer
    2. Patrick
    3. Glass
    4. Tipett
    5. Pettersson
    6. Makar
    7. Middlestadt
    8. Vilardi
    9.
    10.
    11.
    12.

Who would fill out your last 4 spots? I pick 12 so trying to get an idea of who will be around

I do prefer Nolan in Philly over Nico in Jersey...

I really liked Suzuki's landing spot.
Yamamoto got a big boost too just based on the slim possibility that he plays with McDavid.

Watching the draft I was hoping Kostin would slip to 31 to be able to jump up onto a Crosby or Malkin line in 2-3years. He ended up going 31st but it wasn't to Pittsburgh.

Where would you guys rank Tolvanen? I know he dropped in the draft but he still has high offensive upside

Probably in the 15 range. I think I had him at 11 for a little while. So probably between 11 and 15 now.

Bummed about Tolvanen dropping so far... Makes a person wonder what could have went on in his combine interviews. I had heard that there was "a player" who's stock was hurt significantly by their interviews with multiple teams. Would've thought it would have been a North American, probably for some stereotypical bias I have in the back of my mind, but I digress. Tippet is big in Florida, Makar is great in Colorado, I don't see the harm in sticking it out for him if you're comfortable waiting a couple of years. Anyone that Vegas took got significant boosts. Yamamoto in Edmonton is HUGE, IMO. Lias Andersson was an interesting one and I'm still not entirely sure what to think about that situation, or the guys who the Rangers could have had there (Vilardi, Middlestat)
