This is my thinking as well. I would have Saad over Arvidsson in a points only format even if he was still in CBJ.

And if you don't know why, go look for that recent article that talked about his points at 5 on 5 and lack of power play time.

Then think about how his role will change in Chicago.

There is a reason that the other GM is targeting Saad. He's offering you Columbus (little PP time) prices.

Arvidsson the departure of Neal only makes him more valuable, going to be playing top line w/ RyJo/Forsberg that'll add up to a good point total, Saads value comes in his two-way game he'll be in for a increase of PPP from last season but not enough to match Arvidsson

DIJ adds to my argument here re Arvidsson over Saad - has Saad ever shown an ability to play make? Ultimately his points will be goal heavy so can we really see him scoring more goals next season?

Arvidsson over Saad. I'm not a huge Drouin fan, but he'll get every opportunity to put up points in Montreal, so I'd reluctantly rank him slightly ahead of Arvidsson.
