8-12 range. I'm not sure he's going to be any better than Middlestadt, Vilardi, Glass etc.

I agree with you that he might not be any better than those guys, but he might also not be any worse. it's pretty close, from a fantasy standpoint, between all those guys. I suppose we could throw owen tippett and elias pettersson into the same pool of players. they're are 60-70 point potential players, but I don't think any are point per game players (there's always the outlier season, but generally speaking).

    GET WELL SOON, DOBBER.

Another year of Jr? Don't the Pats host the Mem Cup next season?

Honestly, if he DOES make the Ducks next season, he wouldn't offer much of an impact out of the gate and that's assuming he even makes the team. I expect him back in Jr hockey for another season but if he does make it, I dont see much more than 25-35 pts at best.

He has a bright future but the Ducks are a competitive team today and they aren't going to throw him prime minutes out of the gate.

Next year he will be in Junior again. As Axeman said, the Ducks are in Win now mode and don't need Steel to eat minutes...barring a slew of injuries.

But Steel should reach the NHL faster than most of the 2017 draftees don't you think?
