If you need a D, I guess you go Carlson. All else being equal:
Hoffman (dual position eligible)
Atkinson (see him giving same stats as Hoff with more goals)
Voracek (scary +/-)

plus minus is a throwaway category has no effect on ability to win a title.

Sure, but when there is so little separating the players I think it's something to take into consideration.
None play PK or contribute in H/B and PIM isn't a category.

oh shoot thought I read PIM, I'll give you that they are all very close so indeed it helps to differentiate. I love when I see plus minus taken into serious consideration overall though when I am winning titles with a collective -75 on the season for my squad lol.
