I like my team from top to bottom, but I'm always tinkering with my prospects..
My really young "prospects" are Fabbri, Boeser, Kaprizov, Keller, Kaprizov, and Jost.
My young d core is Provorov, McAvoy and Nurse.
I'm trying to upgrade my young defense but I was wondering if i was getting enough for Boeser.
I'm trying to swing Boeser and Nurse for Montour and Kyle Connor, but if not, should I settle for the original offer?

In a 12 team league I'd want to be trading D for scoring forwards, not the other way around.

I'm talking about young, point producing defenseman. Borowiecki, Russell and Polak I just use for hits/blocks/PIMS. Faulk, Muzzin Carlson and Parayko had down seasons last year so maybe I'm just freaking out. I always trade away my picks so I don't rebuild through the draft so I like to keep a loaded young core that has the chance to breakout if my older guys struggle.

I was just offered Montour/Connor for Boeser/McAvoy.
Should I pull the trigger?
I was considering countering by swapping McAvoy for Dumba. Thoughts?

I like mcAvoy long term. Only krug stands in his way. Dumba seems to have much competition

I would try it with Dumba in there over McAvoy. If he says no, I think I'd just keep what you have. I don't see any real winner in this deal so if I don't see a winner, why do it? It's like trading a dollar for a dollar. Not unless you have some special attachment to Montour/Connor.
