A few weeks ago, I had to chose 2 between Ehlers, Drouin and Nylander as my final two keepers and the one not protected was then gonna be used as traide bait. I chose to keep Ehlers & Nylander.
I've been a huge Drouin fan since the World Juniors but the general consensus on the Dobber Forums about Ehlers and Nylander's last year (World Championships MVP) changed everything.
A few days later Drouin gets traded to MTL and I wish I could have traded him after that happened since my league is pretty much only Habs fans. Oh well, can't win em all...

Gotta go with my NEW homeboy, Jonathan Drouin.
I don't expect much next year from him; especially if the Habs rely heavily on him, but he will begin to show as early as 2018 why he was so touted come draft time a few years ago.
Ehlers will probably outpoint him next year but once both players have peaked, I think Drouin will have the edge.

Right now, Ehlers has a better track record and a better surrounding cast.
But in a year from now, Drouin could be the better asset... sometimes, being the go-to guy can do wonders, especially if he starts feeding Pacioretty.
Close call for me.
