At best he will be 1a... not convinced that Luongo goes into the night quietly and there will be some back and forth. As a second or third goalie I think there will be worse options depending on categories
What's the opinion for next year for Reimer? Does he continue to split with aging Luongo or does he begin to take the leading role. A fully healthy Panthers should surprise....and he did end the year with back to back shutouts. Thoughts?
14 team points only league
9 forwards (3 of each position)
4 defense
2 goalies
farm team option
Must submit top 4 pointing players back into draft at end of every season
14 rounds
Can only carry over 12 players each year

Experience is the teacher of all things.
One thing I will say, but Marchesault being available probably mitigates this, is he is an option for VGK and then all bets are off...

I would assume that the Golden Knights wouldn't add Luongo if a) they're already going to claim Fleury, and b) Marchessault/Demers are also available. I see this as a 50/50 split - best case scenario 60/40 for Reimer, assuming no injuries.

I was implying more a case of Reiner being selected but as you say there are other options, though I am expecting to hear a side deal has been made....

Reimer will continue to take Over in FLA and it will be his crease by 2018.
Unless he the target for Vegas. Then as Sulla says... all bets are off.
I actually think we see a minimum of 50 starts from Reimer this season. Luongo is still decent, but Reimer is now the better goalie. Some sneaky fantasy value here.
