if there's an edge to goal scoring, Marchand for me. 37 & 39 last two years. I also think Marchand will just flat outpoint JG next year, so there's that.

I'm on team Gaudreau here. Is younger, shown before he can score at near a ppg pace, started the year slow but other than that he had an ok year. I think Johnny hits at least 70 pts next season.

i was thinking the same thing, he looked very ordinary in the playoffs but then again maybe hes just not good in playoff hockey and a better regular season player.

Big physical teams like the Ducks know how to shut guys like that down in the playoffs where the rules are called totally differently.

I think Gaudreau is good for mid 70's. Assist heavy.
Marchand High 60's low 70's. Goal heavy.
That said, I think Gaudreau has the ability to score in the 80's. I do not believe he has been "figured out" by other teams. He is dangerous every time he is on the ice. He is young and may still find another gear especially if Monahan grows along with him.
