Rielly for me. Small sample of size of the playoffs notwithstanding, Babcock seems inclined to give Rielly tougher minutes, which isn't surprising since he can't really play Zaitsev or Gardiner in those situations. Thus, I think he's the one to move, especially since he has more name value than Jones, who I believe will continue to rise even though he's in a bit of a similar situation as Rielly. Ghost will be looked upon for offense, and OEL is a beast who had a down season due to a lingering injury and personal struggle (mom's illness/death).

+1 for Rielly. Kid's got the skills but his coach is grooming him for a higher calling. Until Rielly graduates from the Babcock School of Lidstrom-ology, he will not hit his full offensive potential.

I'd shop Jones or Gostisbehere and see who can fetch you the highest return and hapily keep the one you don't trade
