Is Frazier your only other player worth dropping?
Both Hill and Porcello are worth the flier.
I currently own Porcello in my 1-year standard H2H Yahoo league.
Rich Hill was just dropped and cleared waivers so I'm contemplating picking him up in favour of Porcello. I know they are both not having last year's success, but I have a feeling Hill may be able to turn things around.
So should I stand pat, make the swap or swap using my other disappointing asset in Frazier?
Thanks in advance!

Agree with this. How many teams in your league? I would likely be dropping Frazier in favour of the SPs. So hard to find solid ones this year but Im confident in Hill if he's healthy, and Boston hasn't really hit their stride yet so I like Porcello in the second half as well.
League counts 10 teams and mine looks like this. Let me know if it changes your verdict on using Frazier as the drop.

10 team league I would drop Frazier for Hill and then DJ for either a SP or another RP. In that setup with 2 RP and 3 Pitcher slots I like to fill my roster out with 5 relievers because I can start all of them every day and you never know when they're going to play. That's just me though. Not sure if you count Holds.
Even if you dropped DJ for the best 2 start pitcher (if it's h2h)....I think that's better than owning another extra hitter
Thanks for the advice! Right when I was about to hit "drop Frazier", Glover got the DL designation. I ended up dropping Capps, adding Glover to the DL and picking up Hill with the open spot!
Hehe, now someone just dropped Albers before he was named interim closer so since
I have the top waiver priority, I may make a claim for him when he's ready on the 13th!
