Personally I think you need the help up front more than D... Now if you could add Strome instead of Montour then I'd be tempted if you are going to go down the rabbit hole of having a young team and planning for a few years time
League in my signature. I was approached by a manager who is trying to make a run this year about what it would take to get Huberdeau from me. I threw out Rantanen and Montour and was wondering what everyone's thoughts were.
My team is extremely young and won't be competitive for another 2-3 years so the thought was that I lose this trade today but win it in 2-3 years where I see Rantaenen being close to Hubs and Montour being much better than Morrow.
Am I asking for enough? Too much? Would love to hear your thoughts.
The GM also has D. Strome who I could try to sub for one of the above-mentioned guys.

For Huberdeau who is very good now and still will be in three years, you need to win the deal in 3 years. Currently you're breaking even. Get another solid piece added on.

(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
I still like the Huberdeau side. He is better than Rantanen and Montour has proven very little.. Get some more added or stay put. I would stay put.

I am assuming this is Boston's Joe Morrow?
I would do it. Huberdeau is great but Rantanen will be good too, and Montour is a HUGE upgrade over Morrow. Perhaps get a pick or another prospect added in too but if you aren't competing I'd do it
