I guess my point is that the bookmaker needs to lose lots of big gets to get anywhere close - think a dead cert that everyone lumps on - hedging is a tactic but IMO just delays the inevitable. I like a bet and I have hedged but it's the world's worst when it goes wrong especially on a bet like this which was a write off when it was placed due to odds and duration... IMO of course
