They're good, but I think it's a bit premature.
As of now, they're closer to Matthews/Marner.

I took Malkin to Crosby. The bigger man passing it to the uber talented smaller guy just seemed to fit the best.

I think drai plays a lot like a combination of Malkin and Getzlaf (not that he's at their levels yet).
McDavid is his own kind of superstar and truly doesn't resemble anyone on that list. I had this conversation with my buddy recently,we discussed who McDavid reminds us of and really couldn't come up with anyone (the closest we got was bure with the top speed and control but even they are so different). He's his own man with his own style and superstar power, quite a compliment at his age. I suspect in 10 years they will be their own unique combo on that list (best guess).
For those reasons my answer is none of the above with the belief that they'll be their own pair on that list in the future.

The last couple games it's been Lucic to Draisaitl, not Draisaitl to McDavid.
I think the Oilers are finally ready to give Draisaitl his own line to spread out the offense. Teams can no longer focus on one line against the Oilers and it's working. It's funny because at the start of the season everyone thought Lucic would get a bump due to playing with McDavid. It may end up being Draisaitl who gives Lucic his bump on the Oilers.

Oops re: typo-- don't know how to correct/ edit poll!
To all of those saying this is premature-- of course it is! Where would the fun be without some premature hyperbole.
However, I think the early indicators are that there are some reasonable parallels here. McDavid seems to be on a trajectory that could take him to Crosby+ territory. Draisatl isn't there yet re: his comparables; however, he is certainly trending in the right direction. Will be a fun duo to watch-- especially since Draisatl was a ww pickup for me early season who turned into a keeper!
