What you are saying is if it goes to 4 then deal is off, I would go back to him and say you are having 2nd thoughts as you may be giving too much up, create some urgency. I would want to have McD.

Keep 5 - I would do deal all day - probably only chance to get McD. Key to deal is Vasilevsky replacing Talbot. Hit accept, reap the rewards years to come.

The other GM was able to turn Price into Panarin so he completed the mcdavid for my kuch, Seguin, Talbot.

So his keepers are now Panarin, Kucherov, Seguin, PLAYER X and Talbot
instead of
McDavid, PLAYERS X, Y, Z and Price??

Oh my, congrats on being on the winning side of this deal!! His other keepers must have been really bad! I would have kept McD and Price and built around that but to each their own!

He had Schwartz and galchenyuk as keepers before as well.

I just expanded the deal to include aho for letang. If letang can be healthy in time for the season and play 70 games for once I'll be very excited.

You basically got Letang for free. He isn't seriously keeping Aho in a keep 5?!?
