i have sorokin in my famr but need some help up front

so what is the real value for sorinkin

i receive an offer namesnikov for him

the islanders are very anxious for him to arrive in 2018-19 .

Greiss will still have 2 seasons left on his deal at that point so a good situation where isles can break in Sorokin over that 2 year span where he can slowly chip away at becoming starter yet have a vet Greiss there for support.

have no idea of your league dynamics but aquiring sorokin in any of my leagues woul cost alot more than namestnikov

it a salary pool but young active player that have low salary has more worth since prospect doesn't count on our cap i'm not in a bad situation who i should deal him

Namestnikov is a 3rd line center at best, while Sorokin is a potential elite starter who will get many opportunities and will likely be one of the best next year. I would be insulted by this offer if I were you, it's a terrible deal for you!

I'd try acquiring someone like Dylan Strome or PL Dubois - prospects with high upside but some owners are willing to deal them because they haven't made the NHL yet, so it's worth trying.
