Byfuglien for Ristolainen
Would you trade Byfuglien for Ristolainen? I'm just thinking the age difference between the two that I would lean towards Risto. Byfuglien is slowly regressing... slowly. Which of the two would you rather own and why?

Ristolainen has almost the double the PPP, more hits, more blocks, more assists, only 4 less points. Risto has a bunch of things in his favour. If you're league count PIMS I might favour Buff, but in this format I like Ristolainen.

I would rather risto in a keeper. I think he could surpass bufs numbers as early as next season.

I'd probably go Risto but TBH I do still prefer the Jets forward group next season over the Sabres....

My initial reaction was to keep Byfuglien but after taking a closer look (why it's best to look at the numbers as much as the names), I can see a reason to make this deal.

Yup Risto is a beast. Buff has the track record and we don't know if Risto will keep his high level of hits forever as some players taper off in that department but his points/pp should only improve on an up and coming Sabres squad. I make the swap if I can.
