As of now, Holtby has not yet been confirmed to start tonight. I would keep a close eye on this situation until the game starts.
It would appear as though Holtby would start against the better team and Grubauer against the other.
To answer your question, It is almost certain that Grubauer will start a game this week. The Caps have been resting Holtby a lot more, compared to other years. Believe me, it has been tricky keeping an eye on this all year, I own both in my league.

Im also waiting to make a move on this. It makes sense Grubauer goes vs Col. Dubnyk goes tonight for the Wild, the Caps have responded with Holtby. You'd think Grubauer gets the 2nd game as he has played in one of every b2b for the Caps this year. I'd say its pretty likely he plays tomorrow but there's always a chance something changes their thought process, like Holtby gets a shutout or the Caps decide they want to run the table and win their division to get the easier 2nd wildcard opponent and home ice in the playoffs. But they seem to trust Grubs a lot and this would be a perfect opportunity to rest Holtby.
