Dubnyk v. Washington??
Early last week I asked about Dubbie v San Jose. This week it's Dubnyk vs. Washington.
I'm up against a guy who has just the Washington duo and can't add another goalie, so 4 starts maximum for him. With Talbot and Dubnyk I think I need to maximize starts early in the week because I can't afford to get swept in goalie stats. If it goes great I can adjust as necessary. I know Dubnyk has been a mess but 4W should be the goal as a first priority.
That being said Washington is still awesome. Start or sit Dubnyk vs. Washington??

I would start him. With the starts advantage, you could have the goalie stats basically in the bag if Dubby has a good night and a win vs the Caps. You also have to hope that the two teams cancel out each others offense with their respective defenses. A worthy gamble. If it doesn't work out, you still have the starts advantage to make up for it.

Start your goalies (especially studs) until there is a tangible reason not to.

I thought his current form would be a reason not to but TBH I tend to be cute with goalie stats the back end of the week so despite the red flags I'd probably still start him as you have enough time to 'fix' a poor outing

if its the league in sig with just 3 goalie stats and 2 of them being gaa and sv% i would bench him tonight.
i am all in for always starting your studs, but with the recent play of minnesota i'd be very careful
i am playing a guy with just duby in one of my leagues' final and i do hope wsh crushes him :P
