RULES:
12 Forwards
4 Defence
2 Goalies
Goal = 1 pt
Assist = 1 pt
Win = 1 pt
SO = 1 pt


Pick any 12 forwards, 4 defence, 2 goalies from any of your favorite play-off teams. I will update the pool standings after each round and post each teams rosters after the deadline. Send me a message for your team picks. Any comments or suggestions I am all ears.

Wondering about the goalie stats. Goalie that wins the Stanley cup will have 2pts x 16 wins + about 5-8more points for OTL and SO points. So you're looking at a possible 40 points from a goalie. Completely cool if you want to have the goalies mean that much, but I feel like it might be a little more competitive if wins were one point, and thus you're looking at 16-24 points from the top goalie.
Assuming the top skaters are between 20-30 points as usual.

I am definitely in though.

OFFICIAL RULE CHANGE: GOALIE WIN NOW = 1 PT, SO = 1 PT, OTL = 1 PT. also any goals or assists made by the goalie will count as well.

Just one question... is there any website that tracks OTL for the playoffs? Reason I ask is that if there is no website that tracks it, it might put extra work on you to keep track of it.

I will eat my words already... NHL.com was first website i checked and they do.

There is a website that you could use that is free and will keep track of the stats for you and then you don't have to update them at all.

onlinepools.com really easy to use and its free. I use it for all my playoff pools!

yep we can run the pool on that site. just going to set up the league soon here.

another rule change ***overtime loss for goalies will not count for points since it wouldn't make much sense to have a regulation/ot win be 1 pt and be the same as an overtime loss***
