    Default goalie question

    Yahoo Daily lineup H2H / 10 Teams
G, A, P, +/-, PIM, PPG, PPP, SHG, SOG, FW, HIT, BLK
W, GAA, SA, SV, SV%, SHO
    C,C, / LW, LW, / RW, RW, / F, F,/ D, D, D, D / G, G /

C: Backstrom, Zetterberg (LW), Giroux, Little, Elias Lindholm (RW), Gagner (RW)
    LW:Benn, Sheary (RW), JVR, Huberdeau,
    RW:Tarasenko, Vrbata, Hornqvist

D: Subban, Werenski, Gudas, Skjei, Klefbom, Letang (IR)

    G: Anderson, Greiss, Ward

the call up of Halak and the carolina situation has me a little worried. I'm thinking that i should drop Ward for Lack. i'm still not sure what to do with Greiss. Any ideas from anyone?

another question. i might need a spot start for sunday, who do you think would start from detroit? Mrazek or Howard? considering that they play sunday, monday, and tuesday, it could be a good pickup for an extra start on tuesday. or it could be horrible if the team is so tired from playing 3 days in a row.

    thanks

Hang onto Greiss. Halak will probably steal a start or two and maybe more if he gets hot. But sometimes having a competitor to push for the job can make a player perform better. Greiss hasn't been that great recently.

Maybe drop Ward for Lack, but I don't have a lot of faith in Carolina goaltending to begin with.

The Wings' goalies seem to be taking turns, which would make it Howard's turn on Sunday. That's where I would lean.

Agree with Ian - Halak should allow for better starts from Greiss and also indicates that NYI may go after a 1b goalie to support Greiss next season
