I see this as a Sell high buy low. This season Shultz is rocking a 1.4M salary but I think he'll be looking for a $$$ contract wich means he won't resign in pits. Wich means his production could drop next season. OEL is having a down year but I heard he's playing injured.

I'd like so opinions before I send the offer. Ty

    OEL > Schultz

As of next year this deal will begin to pay off.

Even selling high and buying low this could be a stretch. Can't hurt to try though. It would be a massive win for you if it works out.

OEL is a wayyyyyy better player than Schultz and I'd bet my pay cheque that long term production isn't close.

Make the offer but if the other gm looks outside of the last time 4 months he can't accept.

I'd say the chances of the other GM accepting are actually pretty high unless he's very experienced and is aware of players experiencing ups and downs. There's plenty of managers out there that have a more shortsighted way of thinking and would overreact to this year's results. After all, there's 11 points separating the two right now.

Agree with everyone here - it's possible and if it does I'd be more than happy TBH
