Honestly I think Monahan is the bench.
Tough schedule, and doesn't provide as many peripherals as others, nor have as many games. He has picked it up of late, but he still looks like the odd one out to me.
Real tough call
First the Cats:
Assists Now which Center to sit. Tough call. I can only start 4
Blocks (Blk) Faceoffs Won - Center (FOW-C) Goals (G) Hat Tricks (HT) Hits (Hit) Plus/Minus (+/-) Points - Defense (Pt-D) Shots on Goal (SOG) Takeaways (Tk) Big Goals 2 (BG2)
4Games. Bos, @CBJ, NJ, @Buff.
Dubinsky, Brandon C - CBJ 3Games. Tor, @Wash, Phil.
Total beast in this league lately. It will be hard for me to sit him.Johansen, Ryan C - NSH
3Games. Arz, Cal, SJ
Been very solid of late.Monahan, Sean C - CGY
3Games. @Wash, @Nash, @StL.
Him and Johnny Hockey have been awesome. Gave me the semis last night.Scheifele, Mark C - WPG
4Games. Phil, @LA, @Ana, Van.
Easy Pick.Matthews,Auston (R) C - TOR
That and the fact he
finally showed life on Saturday
makes decision tough. Terrible FOWs dont help.
Though my opponent is not strong FOWs
To me it comes down to RyJo & Matthews.
Ofcourse I have to make this decision all over again next week.
Thoughts?

I'm torn on Matthews. The last time he emerged from a cold streak he went on a run of 5 points in 3 games, but at the same time he could be hitting the rookie wall and will limp to the finish. If you dress him, I'd sit Johansen, who has only 3 games too. Also, Monahan for what it's worth, by my count Monahan has eight multi-point games this season that occurred after a game in which he'd gone scoreless, and in six of those eight instances he had at least a point in his next game.

My concern with sitting Mona over Ryjo was, while most of peripherals as per cats are close. Mona shoots more. Wait RyJo is more of an assist guy. Cat is close between 2 teams. While I dominate in Goals
Also its feast or famine with Monahan & Gaudreau who i also have.
This is tough.
I also understand easier schedule for RyJo

Tough call when you think about it. I think I would sit Monahan as you can hedge your bet, as you have Johnny Hockey so if he goes off you will be okay and if they have tough games you will be okay too as you only have 1 active.. Leafs are going to play Matthews and you get the extra game.

another vote for Monahan, Dubinsky is just way too valuable and has been providing excellent value since turn of the calendar year.
